There are many things but here are just a few I was superised that majority of the americans eat fast food which is not healthy for anyone especially those places called mc Donalds and also the other thing that suprisied me in the movie is that in the high school they do not give a good healthy food to them they just give them fast food for which can effect there body when they are older because fast food can be addicting as you grow older and thats why in America some of the people become obeast because when they were a child they were not supported on how to eat properly. The other thing that intrests me is that how could people could eat mc donalds every week.
The majority of people in America they do not eat unprocessed food they eat prosseced food which means that the food is frozen and sitting in the freezer and then all they have to do is just to warm up the food thats it and it said that the shefs cook only a few dishes and the rest all junk.
The other thing that really shocked me was that how Mr. Sperlock how he could he eat that junk food in 5 days but then after a while he was to go see the doctor to see how much he weighed and I think on the first day of his blood pressure after 5 days in a row of junk food he weighed 203 pounds which is half of a normal mens size. In the story the guy who just loved Big macs he was congratulated on the Mc. Donalds sighn that he had ate 19,000 Big macs that would add up everyday.
one other thing that really shocked on how these kids even ask there mom or dad about getting a kids meal and they know that it is not good for them but they still eat it because once they eat it they just feel fine like there eating healthy food but once that keeps on going then it adds up to when there older they are already about 200 pound which is a man size which is ver obeast.
conclusion: the lesson i learned about this super size me movie is that always to keep your body in good shape and also a healthy shape and never eat fast food like from M.c donals or anywhere else and always have control of your self.
